Compensation & Incentives:
- Competitive Pay: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour based on your experience and qualifications.

How you’ll contribute to the team:
As a Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing dispatched service calls to address plumbing issues for residential and commercial clients.
- Troubleshooting and repairing piping systems and plumbing equipment.
- Documenting job details electronically using company-provided technology.
- Restocking and maintaining your service truck in an organized and safe manner.
- Promoting company services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Contributing to team safety and improvement through teamwork and cooperation.
What you’ll bring to the table:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of plumbing issues.
- A professional appearance and demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Your own hand tools; specialized tools will be provided.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
How you’ll qualify:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (vocational or community college coursework in plumbing preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in the plumbing service trade.
- Ability to acquire South Dakota and Sioux Falls Journeyman plumbing licenses.
- Knowledge of boiler control and operation is a plus.
What to expect in the field:
- Physical strength, coordination, and stamina are essential for lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling loads up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and at heights using ladders or lifts.
- Regular use of hand tools and clear decision-making in varied customer and technical scenarios.
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
