각종 문서 작성, 파일 정리, 데이터 입력 및 관리

전화 및 방문자 응대, 사무실 보안 관리

외부 공급업체와의 연락 및 조정, 물류 서비스의 예약 및 관리

각종 행사 준비 및 운영 지원: 월간/연간 행사 및 사내 이벤트 운영 지원
사무실 운영,시설 유지보수 및 환경 개선

일상 현장 관리: 식음료 및 소모품의 구매, 운영 및 관리

자산 관리: IT 자산 (PC, 모니터 등) 전산 장비 관리, 재고 조사, 구매 데이터 및 자산대장 정비,사무실 설비 점검

건물 관리실과의 연락 및 청소·수리 등의 조정 업무, 위생 관리

기타 사무실 운영 및 각종 복리후생제도 관리·운영
자격 요건
-
3년 내외 총무 및 일반 사무 관련 업무 경력을 보유한 분
-
문제 해결을 주도적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 전반적인 사고를 통해 다양한 상황에 대처할 수 있으신 분
-
디테일에 주의하며 책임감 있게 업무를 수행할 수 있으신 분
-
원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량을 바탕으로 대내외 업무 협업이 가능한 분
-
영어 또는 중국어 능숙자 우선 (회화 및 문서 작성 가능)

Job Description
■ Asset Management
- Ordering, replenishing, and managing consumables and snacks
- Managing IT assets, conducting inventory, maintaining purchase data, and asset logs
■ General Affairs and Administration
- Preparing various documents, filing, data input, and management
- Handling phone calls and visitors, managing office security
- Supporting travel arrangements, managing supplies and documents
- Coordinating and communicating with external suppliers, supporting events and company functions
- Arranging and managing logistics services
- Hygiene management
- Assisting in planning and managing internal events
■ Office Administration and Facility Management
- Inspecting, maintaining, and monitoring office facilities
- Coordinating with property management companies, handling cleaning and repair arrangements
- Performing other office administration and management tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in general affairs and administrative operations (approximately 3 years or more)
- Proficiency in English or Chinese (spoken and written skills are welcome)

Contract Condition
