Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and dependable Office Administrator who will serve as the first point of contact for our office and support daily operational needs. This role is suited for someone with strong service awareness, patience, and the ability to manage administrative duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors while managing front-desk security and visitor records
• Maintain an organized, tidy, and professional office and reception area
• Answer and direct phone calls in a clear and professional manner
• Handle mail, courier arrangements, deliveries, and gift packages
• Support meeting room bookings, preparation, and basic catering arrangements
• Assist with internal events, office meals, and simple travel coordination
• Monitor and replenish office supplies; support basic equipment maintenance
• Assist with onboarding procedures and respond to general staff inquiries
• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
What We’re Looking For

• Strong logical thinking and sound judgment in daily operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in office administration, reception, or related roles is beneficial
Working hours: 10am to 7pm.
