You will explain business implications, ecosystem differentiation, and customer value while aligning stakeholders and advancing partner co-innovation initiatives.

What You Might Do

  • Partner with R&D, engineering, and product teams to translate hardware proof-of-concept results, inference performance, and distributed computing metrics into actionable insights.
  • Develop communication frameworks, program dashboards, and executive briefs that connect engineering milestones with business priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across global engineering teams, business units, and ecosystem partners.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, strategic risks, and roadmap trade-offs; communicate progress and decisions needed to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with business and marketing leaders to articulate customer value, competitive positioning, and ecosystem differentiation.
  • Coordinate communication with external partners and vendors, ensuring technical accuracy and consistent messaging.
  • Improve processes for communicating engineering strategy, product capabilities, and architectural direction.

Essential Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, engineering strategy, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • Certifications or formal training in product marketing, technical writing, or strategic communications.
  • Strong technical understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, on-device AI, and emerging industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex engineering systems and architectures into clear executive presentations and customer value narratives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs, coordinating matrix teams, tracking milestones, and communicating risks and trade-offs.
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding customer needs, market differentiation, competitive positioning, and total cost of ownership.
  • Advanced written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English, including proficiency with presentation and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across organizational, cultural, and time zone boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ecosystem partnerships, co-innovation initiatives, or hardware-software engineering programs.
  • Familiarity with AI inference, distributed computing, edge infrastructure, and hardware proofs of concept.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to prototype ideas, test concepts, and accelerate learning.
  • Experience partnering with product marketing or business teams to position emerging technologies for internal and external audiences.
