Through hands-on experiences, the HPS Summer Program will expose students to a variety of industry concepts that will provide a competitive foundation for their future careers in Finance. Students will be mentored and challenged to succeed within a supportive environment, through various placements across our Infrastructure and Investment teams.

Program Details:

The 2026 Summer Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 6, 2026. Over the course of the 10- week program, students will:

• Access weekly ‘teach-ins’ from our internal experts on a variety of critical concepts
• Be assigned a personal mentor for the summer and beyond
• Work on ad-hoc projects for their team
• Attend organized social activities with program participants and mentors
• Complete and present a project at the end of the program to culminate what was learned throughout the summer

Compensation:

• $28.50-$35.00/hr 
• Summer Bonus: $4,000
