Executive Director - IT Data & Analytics (Workday Technology)

Position Description
HPS Investment Partners is seeking a Workday specialist to join our technology team. This person will develop and execute a comprehensive Workday strategy that supplements the Company growth by leading a team to design and integrate Workday and other applications into Corporate Accounting/Finance/Payroll/Human Capital Management functions. The role will require but not be limited to project management, new software implementation, oversight of external service providers, report building and enhancement, application integrations, Tax/payment information for employees in tandem with Payroll, and other employee information updated with Human Capital.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Identify resources and structure (people, systems) needed for HPS to leverage Workday expertise to automate manual processes to drive synergies with HPS’s corporate finance and accounting department.
- Explore, identify, and develop forward-thinking end-to-end solutions for Workday and related applications to optimize usage around financial reporting, the general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, expense reports, invoices, procurement, A/P, A/R, and Payroll.
- Collaborate closely with corporate accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, HR, payroll, and tax department personnel on technology matters including reporting, troubleshooting, and system integrations.
- Assist in the improvement of current processes and procedures to enhance control environments.
- Lead trouble shooting and provide prompt issue resolutions on an as needed basis.
- Manage and execute projects including internal and external resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and provide professional guidance.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of Workday experience, with expertise in Workday Financials
- Prior experience working within a Financial Services firm
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities and people skills
- Highest degree of business ethics and professionalism
- Experience mentoring and managing a team

Hybrid Work Schedule
- 4/1 split (M-Th work from office, F work from home.)
- The compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $250,000 but may vary based on various factors including job function, experience and geographic location. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
