We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale the platform capabilities that power Headspace’s B2B business across employers and health plans. This role sits at the core of our platform strategy, enabling scalable partner onboarding, integrations, and partner-specific configuration. You will define and build the foundational systems that allow Headspace to efficiently launch and support partners spanning eligibility infrastructure, APIs, onboarding tooling, and admin experiences. You will also act as the orchestrator for partner launches, ensuring alignment across Platform, Activation, and Engagement teams.
This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of platform, healthcare integrations, and B2B2C product delivery. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to balance partner needs with scalable platform design. At Headspace, product leaders are expected to model experimentation with purpose, share feedback with care, and maintain a deep commitment to the member and partner experience.
What you will do:

- Launch Orchestration: Act as the orchestrator for partner launches, coordinating across Platform, Activation, and Engagement teams to align on timelines, dependencies, and readiness for launch.
- Platform Systems Ownership: Define and evolve core platform systems, including eligibility infrastructure, APIs (eligibility, referrals, reporting), and admin/configuration tools for employers and health plans.
- Onboarding Infrastructure: Build and scale reusable onboarding capabilities (e.g., eligibility ingestion, integrations, configuration layers) to support efficient and repeatable partner setup.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure platform capabilities meet partner needs and support go-to-market success.
- Compliance & Data Governance: Work with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure platform systems meet regulatory and privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Success Measurement: Define and track key platform metrics, including time to launch new partners and platform reliability (eligibility accuracy, access, and system performance).
What you will bring:
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in both technical and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working closely with engineering teams on API design, data systems, or backend infrastructure
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable, reusable solutions
- Experience operating in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

All member records are protected according to our Privacy Policy. Further, while employees of Headspace (formerly Ginger) cannot access Headspace products/services, they will be offered benefits according to the company's benefit plan. To ensure we are adhering to best practice and ethical guidelines in the field of mental health, we take care to avoid dual relationships. A dual relationship occurs when a mental health care provider has a second, significantly different relationship with their client in addition to the traditional client-therapist relationship—including, for example, a managerial relationship.
As such, Headspace requests that individuals who have received coaching or clinical services at Headspace wait until their care with Headspace is complete before applying for a position. If someone with a Headspace account is hired for a position, please note their account will be deactivated and they will not be able to use Headspace services for the duration of their employment.
Further, if Headspace cannot find a role that fails to resolve an ethical issue associated with a dual relationship, Headspace may need to take steps to ensure ethical obligations are being adhered to, including a delayed start date or a potential leave of absence. Such steps would be taken to protect both the former member, as well as any relevant individuals from their care team, from impairment, risk of exploitation, or harm.
