Role Overview

HSO is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Senior Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service and Sales modules.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for functional consulting, solution configuration, business process understanding, requirement gathering, UAT coordination, and business validation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting D365 CE solutions, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Dynamics 365 CE, Field Service, and Sales.
• Configure and support D365 CE applications based on business requirements.
• Provide functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Sales modules.
• Understand and map business processes into functional solutions within Dynamics 365.
• Support configuration of Field Service functionalities, including work orders, incident types, resource scheduling, booking, and service agreements.
• Configure and support Sales functionalities, including lead management, opportunity management, accounts, contacts, and sales processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customisations and integrations.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation, test case validation, and defect tracking.
• Perform business validation to ensure the configured solution meets business expectations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot application issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Support deployment activities, documentation, and post-implementation functional assistance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM functional consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service and Sales modules.
• Experience in functional configuration, customisation support, and business process mapping.
• Strong understanding of Field Service processes, including work orders, resource scheduling, bookings, and service management.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales processes, including leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, and sales pipeline management.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience in UAT coordination, testing, and business validation.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on end-to-end D365 CE implementation and support projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Understanding of integrations with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be an added advantage.
