Job Description

This is a remote role.

The role of Global Service Associate (‘GSA’) forms the backbone of the HSP Group client service delivery experience.  Acting as the primary contact point between HSP Group’s network of Local Service Partners (‘LSPs’) and our clients, the Global Service Associate will coordinate the delivery of Business as Usual (‘BAU’) services. 

To be successful within this role, the Global Service Associate will need to develop a strong network and relationships with clients, LSPs, Global Service Directors (‘GSD’), Implementation and other members of the HSP Group team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of legal entity management services. 
  • Maintain accurate records of client information and ensure all documentation is up to date and complete. 
  • Monitor and manage legal compliance requirements for clients, including annual filings and other regulatory requirements. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of services. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. 
  • Provide guidance to clients on legal entity management best practices. 
  • Support the development and implementation of new services and processes to improve the client experience. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience working with international clients and navigating cross-cultural communication. 
  • Familiarity with legal entity management software. 
  • Fluency in additional languages a plus. 
  • Dependable, consistent performer with a positive attitude and an ability to listen and work collaboratively across an organization. 
  • Experience in flexible working/work from home. 
  • Reliable home internet connection. 

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in legal entity management or a related field. 
  • Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to legal entity management. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 
  • Self-motivated, detail orientated and driven with the ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel, both internal and customers. 
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality 
  • Ability to adapt to an evolving environment. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Conflict resolution
