Want to be part of the video strategy for a high-growth B2B company on a mission to help millions of organizations grow better? At HubSpot, we create and distribute daily video content across platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, our website, and more. From 60-second Shorts to 20-minute long-form videos, our content helps global audiences understand complex business topics and gain the skills they need to excel in their careers.
HubSpot’s Media and Brand Marketing teams are looking for social video-savvy students with a background in video production and linguistic studies, who are passionate about storytelling in multiple languages. This role will focus on HubSpot’s international YouTube channels, helping to create engaging, localized content that resonates with diverse audiences worldwide.
This internship is an opportunity to blend video production with language and cultural expertise while working alongside top-tier creatives. If you’re passionate about multilingual content creation and video storytelling, we’d love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone starting a career in video production, communications, marketing, journalism, or linguistics, with a proven interest in languages and multilingual content creation. Bonus points if you speak one or more languages in addition to English.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an educational program through December 2025.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June to August.
- Have experience creating content (short or long form) for YouTube specifically.
- Understand digital content trends and know what works (and what doesn’t) on the YouTube platform.
- Have a passion for video storytelling with a global audience in mind
- Are interested in language localization, translation, or cultural adaptation of video content
- Can use data to inspire creativity and expand the possibilities of content production
- Are excited to make fun and engaging educational content that resonates internationally
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English (especially Spanish, French, or German)
- Experience hosting videos on platforms like YouTube or Instagram
- Interest in, or experience with, the use of AI tools to support the production process (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Castmagic, HeyGen or ElevenLabs, Descript, etc.)
Cash compensation range: 25 USD Hourly

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
