Role Summary

Our mission at HubSpot is to help millions of organizations grow better. On the Media team, that means expanding HubSpot’s reach through impactful collaborations with external creators. As a Creator Partnerships Associate (Co-op), you’ll play a hands-on role in identifying, recruiting, and engaging business content creators for HubSpot’s Creator YouTube Network. This internship is designed for someone curious about influencer marketing, relationship-building, and eager to learn how media partnerships drive brand growth. You’ll gain direct experience in creator sourcing, outreach, campaign experimentation, and performance reporting within a fast-moving media team. You'll work with real creators, on real campaigns, with real performance stakes.

Team overview: You’ll join HubSpot Media’s Creator Partnerships team,one of the largest creator partnerships programs in B2B. The team is responsible for building and scaling collaborations with YouTube business creators, partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to drive reach and demand.

What You’ll Do

This co-op will be embedded within the Creators program, reporting into the Partnerships team. They'll work cross-functionally with Creator Success, Creator Campaign, and Creator Operations, and other internal HubSpot teams.

  • Research and identify potential business content creators who align with HubSpot’s brand, audiences, and marketing goals.
  • Build and maintain creator shortlists for YouTube collaborations and future creator initiatives
  • Support and progressively own creator integrations end-to-end, from sourcing to creative briefing to performance reporting
  • Analyze and help calculate the value and impact of creator collaborations.
  • By the end of this co-op, you'll independently manage a portfolio of creator integrations from brief to delivery.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Able to commit to a full-time, 40-hour/week co-op from July 13 through October or December 2026
  • Currently enrolled in an educational program and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op (through December 2026)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, docs, and basic project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity about creator marketing, digital media, or partnerships
  • A proactive, learn-it-all mindset and willingness to ask questions
  • New media fluency - YouTube, Instagram, TikTok

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with creator platforms, social media, or influencer programs
  • Familiarity with CRM or workflow tools (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Asana)
  • Basic understanding of YouTube performance metrics (views, CTR, retention, conversions)
  • Interest in operations, program management, or marketing analytics
  • Spanish language proficiency to support the expansion of creator partnerships in Spanish-speaking markets

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
