Currently hiring for part-time and full-time, Onsite Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Neligh, Nebraska for the 24/25 school year!
What You’ll Do:
As a Huddle Up employee, this is an exciting opportunity to blend in-person care with Huddle Up’s innovative tech-enabled platform. Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering speech language pathology services in a K-12 setting for school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in a collaborative and community based environment.
- Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding mental health therapy services to children in need
- Develop your skills, career, and expertise with a supportive team-based environment
- Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse population of school aged children

Compensation: This is a W2 employment opportunity. Exact compensation for onsite providers is $55 an hour, with a $10,000 sign on bonus ($5,000 paid after 6 months of employment, $5,000 paid at the end of the school year), and the opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in an invoicing period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
Minimum Requirements:
- Able to commit to 40 hours per week
- Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid LCSW license in your state of residence and Nebraska, in good standing
- Full-time resident of the United States
- Due to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendance
- Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population
- Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
- Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
- Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
- Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
