Intern, Partnerships
At Hudl, we build great teams. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces.
We think of ourselves as the team behind the team, supporting the lifelong impact sports can have: the lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring coaches; and the opportunities to reach new heights. That’s why we help teams from all over the world see their game differently. Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more.
Ready to join us?
We’re looking for a current undergraduate student who’s hungry for work to join our team. No matter the size, scope or spotlight, this intern’s work elevates our work and company. You'll work alongside the partnership team, as well as other marketers, sales and product team members as we build strong league and state wide partnerships. These relationships help communicate impactful stories to our athletes, coaches and directors while generating demand for our solutions and building our brand.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Honing your craft. You’ll learn and apply best practices in researching the market and audience on what drives them, developing proposals and campaigns that drive demand through partnership assets and events, and measuring your results for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders. Your plan is only as good as the team you need to execute your vision. You’ll work with marketing and content to best execute partnership deliverables, sales and product teams to best go-to-market and analytics to measure your success.
- Managing your own projects. You’ll be expected to communicate and work with project team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. (Don’t worry, you won’t be on your own island.)
This position is located in Lincoln, Nebraska and is set to begin in May 2026 working full-time hours over the summer, with the possible option to continue part-time during the following school year.
We are not open to relocating candidates at this time. We do expect candidates to work from our Headquarters for the entire duration of the summer.
Must-Haves
- A current student. You’re excited for the opportunity to work with our partnerships team because it’ll complement and enhance your education and give you a leg up when you take your next steps after school.
- Skillful and deliberate. You know your way around telling stories, communicating to audiences and how you can generate demand around products and solutions.
- Team-oriented. You can build relationships across departments through hard work, trust and being respectfully blunt while being able to take respectful critique because you know your work will be better because of it.
- Responsible. You take ownership in your work to hit deadlines, meet expectations and raise red flags when you see them.
- Well-versed. You know - or are willing to learn - definition of nurture or lead, the difference between inbound and outbound and the best way to keep our customers coming back.
- Confident. You know how and when to push back on the details that matter.
Nice-to-Haves
- Tech savvy. You have a basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Experienced. Previous roles in partnerships, sales, customer success or business development would be a plus.
- Communicator. You’re confident in presenting yourself in both written and verbal communication.
Our Role
- Ask you to make an impact. You're part of the team—that means you'll have real responsibilities. We want to hear what you think and see what you can do.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But even if you’re taking advantage of the opportunity to work remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
- Develop your career. On top of working alongside some of the best professionals in the business and gaining real-world experience, we’ll give you extra opportunities like lunch-and-learns and access to curated libraries to round out your internship.
- Support your wellbeing. You’ll have an entire team on your side to give advice and provide answers to your questions, plus more resources like topic-specific Slack channels and employee resource groups. In short, we have you covered.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is set by a candidate’s year in school, and will be determined by their academic standing at the start of the internship.
Base Hourly Range
$15 - $15.50 USD
