Your Role

We’re hiring a Manager II, Marketing to oversee strategic communications and campaign output for the U.S. market. You will act as the strategic architect for our College & Professional Business Unit, focusing on driving renewal revenue and Hudl Pro Suite expansion.

As a Marketing Manager II, you’ll:

  • Lead and coach. You’ll manage a team of marketing managers, raising the performance floor of U.S. marketing output through high-level strategic mentorship and goal setting.
  • Maintain strategic oversight. You will ensure brand consistency and enterprise-grade value articulation across all NCAA and NFL touchpoints, specifically for College & Professional products 
  • Design the ABM engine. You’ll oversee the design of the U.S. Account-Based Marketing engine, providing the framework for your team to engage high-value accounts and protect our critical U.S. revenue base.
  • Drive strategy and alignment. Sitting alongside U.S. Sales VPs and product heads at Lincoln HQ, you’ll synthesize data to recommend strategic trade-offs and ensure marketing efforts align with our company's strategic goals.
  • Ensure ROI. You will evaluate collective U.S. marketing spend to maximize budget ROI on high-priority accounts and identify operational efficiencies to scale U.S. retention efforts.

Location: This role requires 3 days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Must-Haves

  • Experienced leadership. You have 5–8 years of marketing experience, including 1–2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Strategic thinker. You possess an ability to lead a team toward a unified vision 
  • Executive presence. You are comfortable acting as a contemporary to Sales VPs to shape market framing and competitive response.
  • Analytical mindset. You have the ability to analyze market reports and revenue targets to guide team prioritization.
  • Educational background. You hold a BS or BA in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
  • Willing to travel. This role includes some travel to national conferences (about 10%) so willingness and interest to travel is required.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Industry expertise. You have strategic experience in B2B, SaaS or technology marketing with a focus on delivering enterprise-level campaigns  and targeted ABM strategies.
  • Collaborative communicator. You have an ability to effectively manage resource swaps and alignment between the College & Professional and Youth, Club & High School business units, for the benefit of the wider Hudl business

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.

We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices. 

This role will also be eligible for a long-term incentive (LTI) award. Any bonuses awarded are based on individual and company performance paid at Hudl's discretion. 

Base Salary Range

$103,000 - $172,000 USD
