Your Role
Hudl builds category-defining products for teams, coaches, and athletes. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our team, focused on leading discovery and delivery for key product initiatives in the club soccer market. This role is focused on our suite of products that enable an athlete's journey––registration to signing day. You'll work on our products that span from recruitment tools to video analysis, while directly contributing toward Hudl’s purpose of giving every athlete the shot they deserve. You’ll also help us expand our impact on club operations as we scale into this market.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll:
- Lead product squads. You’ll act as the product owner for a cross-functional squad, keeping the backlog transparent and prioritized while collaborating with design and engineering to deliver on-strategy outcomes.
- Create a connected ecosystem for soccer. You’ll be responsible for creating a strategy to deliver value by bringing multiple Hudl offerings together in a way that works for your market. You’re the captain of the ship.
- Drive discovery and delivery. You’ll lead discovery for projects to reduce risks around value and usability, and then work with a release team to ensure those solutions successfully hit the market with measurable impact.
- Shape product strategy. You’ll evaluate opportunities based on customer value, business viability, and long-term platform strategy while helping define the roadmap for your team.
- Design AI-powered workflows. You’ll use AI tools and product thinking to automate manual work, reduce operational friction, and help customers operate by exception instead of constant intervention.
- Connect the business. You’ll build strong context across customer success, sales, partnerships, legal, finance, and support to ensure solutions work for the broader business and ecosystem.
For this role, we're currently prioritizing applicants who live within commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, but we’re open to remote applicants who live in the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NC, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WY.
Must-Haves
- Experienced product leader. You have 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of driving complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- User and domain expert. You bring a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive trends, using qualitative and quantitative data to solve core problems up front.
- A collaborative communicator. You build trust with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, using logic and clarity to inspire action without relying on direct authority.
- Business savvy. You understand the operational dimensions of a product business—like sales, marketing, finance and legal—and know how to balance value with business constraints.
Nice-to-Haves
- Optimization mindset. Experience using rapid post-launch optimization techniques to refine live capabilities.
- Hands-on product mastery. A history of jumping into the front lines to demo tools, train users or handle support inquiries directly to build customer empathy.
Our Role
- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
- Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
- Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
- Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
- Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.

Inclusion at Hudl
Hudl is an equal opportunity employer. Through our actions, behaviors and attitude, we’ll create an environment where everyone, no matter their differences, feels like they belong.
We offer resources to ensure our employees feel safe bringing their authentic selves to work, including employee resource groups and communities. But we recognize there’s ongoing work to be done, which is why we track our efforts and commitments in annual inclusion reports.
