Your Role

As a Provisioning Team Lead you will oversee the end-to-end provisioning process for Hudl. You will be responsible for managing a team that ensures accurate, timely and efficient activation and deployment of services to clients. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in service provisioning, leadership experience, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

 

  • Team Leadership & Management

    • Supervise and guide the provisioning team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
    • Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure SLAs and project deadlines are met.
    • Mentor team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify training needs.

  • Provisioning Operations

    • Oversee the entire provisioning lifecycle—from order receipt to service activation.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Provisioning Leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Review and improve provisioning documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

  • Quality Control & Process Improvement

    • Ensure compliance with company standards, technical accuracy, and service delivery guidelines.
    • Identify process bottlenecks or issues and implement solutions to improve provisioning efficiency and accuracy.
    • Proactively flag risks or delays in provisioning and work cross-functionally to resolve them.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Communication

    • Serve as the primary escalation point for provisioning-related issues.
    • Communicate with AE/CSM and internal teams to provide updates and resolve any discrepancies or concerns.
    • Maintain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting & Metrics

    • Track team performance, service delivery timelines, and provisioning accuracy.
    • Provide regular status reports and insights to leadership.

Monitor provisioning KPIs and ensure team adherence to performance standards.

Nice-to-Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in provisioning, customer support, or technical operations at Hudl.
  • 1+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of provisioning processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
