Your Role
Employee Records, Compliance and File Maintenance:
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Maintain digital copies of employees records on DarwinBox/HR Folder
- Issue employment letters for all locations
- Review and respond background verification emails
- Assist with performance management procedures, including data management
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars logistics
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects
- Support other assigned functions
- Manages systems of records and other HR systems.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Conducts audits to ensure state compliance is followed.
- Files documents into appropriate employee files.
- Prepares new-employee files; manages existing employee files, termed employee files
HR Support:
- Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate level HR staff or management.
- Conducts new hire orientation and induction.
- Creation of RnR certificates relating to the KPI of Assist roles
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Assists benefit administrator(s) with reconciling benefits plans, including anniversary gifts, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, PF, Assists with processing of tickets and terminations in the HR system.
- Manages HR mail, HR inbox and primary contact for #hr slack channel.
- Manages employee reference and verification requests.
- Assists and prepares employee correspondence as requested.
Admin Support:
- Vendor coordination for ordering anniversary gifts and retreat T Shirts
- Maintain quarterly requisition for anniversary gifts ordered and distributed
- Coordination with Hudlies on collection of anniversary gifts on a weekly / bi-weekly basis
- Manage travel and stay arrangements for guests traveling to India
- Look at retreat arrangements in association with Location Heads
Project Work:
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, merit and all other cyclical HR Processes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
DarwinBox Tasks:
- Be the one point of contact for all queries related to DarwinBox
- Manage and maintain attendance and leave records on DarwinBox
- Registration of new employees and removal of exit employees from the record
- Partner with the DarwinBox team to resolve HRMS related issues, enhancements and complaints
Must-Haves
- Graduate Degree
- Minimum 6 months experience in HR will be a plus. (not mandatory)
