Your Role
We're looking to expand our Support India team with a Workforce Development Specialist, responsible for driving the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and initiatives across both new hires and tenured team members.
The successful candidate will:

- Be organised. You thrive when juggling multiple projects at once. You know how to prioritise, track progress, and deliver on time.
- Be a collaborator.
- You work closely with Team Leads, Campaign Managers, and stakeholders to make sure training is always tied to real business goals and outcomes.
- Be detail-oriented. You notice patterns, catch inconsistencies, and use that eye for detail to continuously improve the quality and relevance of learning content.
Must-Haves
- Flexible. You’re able to cross-collaborate across a variety of departments and time zones.
- Training & facilitation. Experience designing, delivering, and coordinating training programs, workshops, or educational initiatives.
- Project coordination. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, keep stakeholders aligned, and see initiatives through from design to delivery.
- Content development. Ability to turn technical or complex processes into clear, engaging learning materials.
- Process mindset. Comfortable creating, implementing, and tracking processes to measure adoption and knowledge retention.
- Communication. Professional-level English (written and verbal) with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences.
Nice-to-Haves
- Formal background in L&D or education.
- A degree or certification in Training, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools.
- Experience with platforms like Rise 360, Guru, or similar knowledge management and content creation tools.Data-driven approach.
- Ability to use data and feedback to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
