Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an advertising and marketing professional with a proven track record possessing a strong background in creating, developing, identifying, negotiating and activating non-traditional partnerships, entertainment integrations, program management, experiential marketing, digital, PR, total communication planning, production and execution.  The position requires a flexible, assertive, highly motivated team player displaying the ability to work effectively across disciplines within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To serve as key foundations for this position, we require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage a diverse project load, a creative problem-solver with excellent oral and written communication skills and a creative/strategic thinker with the ability to generate and build on ideas. Candidate needs to have an appreciation and understanding of the cultural progressive lifestyle and passions like art, culture, design, thought leadership, technology and innovation. This position reports into the VP of BCA and is located in New York.

What you’ll do: 

The Associate Director is responsible for leading the BCA strategy (with support from the Managing Director), managing the BCA team which consists of a Supervisor and Manager, evaluating, developing and executing experiential marketing programs in support of Lincoln’s brand strategy and business goals. This position will serve an integral role in providing planning and activation insight to Lincoln’s continued innovation and re-launch as a modern, relevant luxury brand.

Who you are:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the development and execution of Lincoln media integrations and strategic partnerships that utilize branded content, live events and promotions with support from an Account Supervisor and Manager
  • Lead development and execution for assigned projects including all activation, amplification and recap decks, budget planning, creative/production coordination, on-site management (shoot or event),  briefs, client management, partner/vendor management, vehicle procurement, display/experience development, etc.
  • Lead integrated activation approach, ensuring all projects include a comprehensive amplification and measurement plan maximizing ROI/ROO against program goals
  • Travel to New York for internal and client meetings, and program locations where necessary; ensure program needs and goals are met
  • Establish and maintain positive relationship management with all clients, partners, vendors, etc. to build meaningful and rewarding partnerships and promotions
  • Attend internal/client meetings and prep related materials where appropriate (finance forecast reviews, weekly BCA status meetings, weekly all comms status meetings, integrated team status (social, creative, media, etc.)
  • Support strategy development for broader initiatives like Brand Passion Points, Primary Brand Initiatives through research and deck development
  • Participate in the print/digital media RFP process providing feedback on integrated programs
  • Draft POVs on unsolicited partnership and alliance proposals, national and top market
  • Ensure process consistency and quality assurance as required by ISO/QMS

What you’ll need:

  • Experience managing the interests of several different organizations at a given time
  • Prior experience in experiential marketing, digital, PR, print and broadcast production services or related field 
  • Understanding and appreciation for the passions of culturally progressive audiences, specifically arts/culture, wellness, design, technology/innovation.
  • Must thrive in an integrated, start-up culture, and be able to work with a team of creative and enthusiastic communications experts
  • Must be open to challenge the status quo and push vendors to think differently
  • Must be able to consolidate needs and deliverables across two offices
  • Ability to effectively and confidently communicate information in both verbal and written formats
  • Experience fostering strong working relationships with clients, agency counterparts and partners/alliances personnel
  • Ability to navigate complex projects quickly and deliver targeted results under pressure
  • Team-oriented and shows entrepreneurial spirit, leads and encourages break-through ideas
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to show flexibility, willing to work beyond regular business hours, a creative/quick thinker
  • Accountable with a strong business acumen
  • Must be flexible to travel to events whenever necessary

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
