THE OPPORTUNITY

Senior Producer

 The Senior Producer will be a creative production, critical thinker, elevating each project regardless of scale. The Senior Producer will contribute to the maintenance and growth of strong team/client/agency relationships, producing work that is distinct, consistent and honors the level of style and craftsmanship that goes into every touchpoint that makes up our brands. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have ambitions that push the production and technological limits on all projects and be experienced across integrated platforms, able to deliver on time, in budget and to the highest level of creative standards.  The Senior Producer is responsible for leading the development of each project and ensure they are completed on time, within budget.

The Senior Producer will require exceptional planning and organizational skills in order to  manage the agency, client and vendor relationships and responsiblitlies, during production. The Senior Producer will liaise between the agency and suppliers, maintaining fair process and channeling clear, positive communication in order to  deliver our product successfully.

The Senior Producer will plan, schedule and control project production objectives, while adhering to client, agency and industry standards. The Senior Producer is responsible on set for facilitating all communication between the agency, client and production partners. 

The Sr Producer will have 7-10 years experience, and some working production knowledge in luxury and automotive.

The Sr Producer reports into the Head of Production on all projects. 

In this role you will be …

  • Responsible for excellence in all day-to-day including scoping and ballparking creative concepts, breaking down scripts, building detailed project schedules, managing project scope, researching and securing the best production resources, quality controlling all deliverables, maintaining project documentation and communication with project teams through final delivery.
  • Able to contribute to the elevation of the creative product through actively participating with team.
  • Supportive,  and inspire, and educate on production opportunities that apply to each project.
  • Aware of top industry trends, techniques, directors, cinematogrpahers, GCI, AI, and new technologies in an effort to elevate the creative product.
  • Responsible for building critical relationships and maintaining the agency’s reputation and standard of excellence within the production industry, and maintain an active knowledge of cross-discipline external partners.
  • Able to manage multiple, often concurrent projects.
  • Trusted to lead workload independently, and manage up to the Head of Production or EP when needed or appropriate.
  • Able to utilize industry expertise to select and negotiate with the appropriately based on creative/scope/budget/timeline and identify which partner is best suited to execute the creative vision.
  • Knowkedgable of compliance and client legal guidelines.
  • Able to leverage valuable experience to proactively predict issues and guide the team away from avoidable challenges during all stages of production. 
  • Responsible for supporting and participating in efforts to cultivate a diverse, equal and inclusive culture of production within our work.
  • Communicating proactively with Creative, Account Services, Business Affairs, Talent Affairs, on all aspects of the production including milestones, deliverables in order to keep the production process flowing smoothly.
  • Able to serve as a client-facing member of the team, able to articulate all aspects of production plans with varying levels of knowledge.
  • Able to explain talent language and costs to both Agency and Client, while also staying on top of the latest talent/union information from SAG. 
  • A partner working closely with the Business Affairs Manager to compile final estimate and final actualizations. Wrap out efficiently at the end of each project.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $75,000 - $180,000 USD
