Hudson Rouge is looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Senior Account Manager to play a critical role in supporting Lincoln’s social media and influencer marketing programs, including organic and paid social, brand ambassador initiatives, and cross-functional integrated campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and knows how to juggle multiple priorities without dropping a ball. You’ll be the connective tissue across internal teams, client stakeholders, legal/compliance contacts, and third-party partners—ensuring every idea, asset, and activation is flawlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities

Social & Editorial Calendar Planning

  • Coordinate quarterly organic calendar development with strategy, creative and community management (CM) teams—developing and maintaining timelines.
  • Route content for internal review, legal/compliance approval, and client signoff.
  • Communicate updates, changes, and feedback to internal and external teams.
  • Maintain and manage weekly cadence recaps for client distribution. 

Paid Media & Content Activation Support

  • Support paid social campaigns for launches, sales events, social initiatives, and ambassador programs.
  • Partner with the lead account team to manage asset delivery, including copy development and creative approvals.
  • Route paid content through internal stakeholders and legal for review.
  • Manage feedback loops and final approvals for paid social across platforms (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest).

Tier 3 Dealer & Content Management

  • Support social content sharing and delivery to T3 dealer platforms, including uploading and maintaining asset libraries.
  • Manage communications with internal and client retail teams.
  • Manage 3rd party content uploads for YouTube, coordinating metadata and approvals with vendor partners and clients.

Always-On Content Capture Support

  • Coordinate logistics, budgets, and approvals for photo/video social shoots, including vehicle procurement, contracting, and insurance.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, routing content through creative, legal, and client teams.
  • Manage communication with external vendor partners internal production team throughout the project until final delivery.
  • Maintain asset libraries; ensure updated content is accessible for team use.

Influencer & Brand Ambassador Program Management

  • Support creative, legal and client review of influencer content, including managing content routing.
  • Support ambassador vetting, briefing deck creation, and program budget tracking.
  • Attend weekly status calls with agency partners and vendors. 
  • Track and manage all influencer & brand ambassador content, including music library files, usage rights and expiration, and paid media links.
  • Support analytics teams in reporting on influencer and ambassador programs.

Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate internal and client meetings with various teams, including call reporting.
  • Track social production budgets, POs, vendor communications, and tool renewals.
  • Lead ad hoc client requests including POVs, one-pagers, reports, or special campaigns.
  • Coordinate with international teams for asset sharing and launch details. 

Creative & Strategic Collaboration

  • Support strategic POVs, content planning, and creative briefs.
  • Facilitate communication between creative, production, strategy, and client partners.
  • Help with award submissions, case studies, and new business content needs.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar account management, project management, or marketing support role.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with social media platforms and tools (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Comfort navigating legal/compliance routing processes.
  • Client-facing experience and ability to manage vendor/partner relationships.
  • Exposure to influencer or ambassador programs, especially in luxury or automotive industries, a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and stepping in for other team members as needed.

Software/Tools Knowledge

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $45,000 - $90,000 USD
