What's the role? 

As a Senior Visual Designer at Huge, you are a talented and driven professional that will create gorgeous, ground-breaking visual work that solves problems and pushes the boundaries of design. We expect you to strongly contribute to developing brand identities, creating stunning visuals for digital products and advertising materials, while working on your project teams and inspiring design teams to keep pushing themselves forward. Collaboration across disciplines is a daily practice, and you will maintain high standards for original concepts and detailed execution.

What will you do?

Design influence:

  • Guide junior designers, helping them develop their skills and design perspective.
  • Collaborate with design teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve design quality and execution.

Conceptual thinking and problem-solving:

  • Start projects from a strong position, developing surprising and smart design concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and user needs.
  • Create innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms.

User-centric design approach:

  • Consider accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling in design solutions.
  • Ensure designs are user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design

Team and Project work skills :

  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Work closely with copywriters, motion designers, and other disciplines to create cohesive design solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, encouraging cross-disciplinary teamwork.

What do we expect from you?

  • 3+ years of visual design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools and software.
  • Proficiency in using current and emerging Gen-AI software
  • Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale across platforms.
  • User-centric design approach, with a focus on accessibility and contextual storytelling.
  • Passion for all aspects of design, including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery.
  • A passion for ideas, and storytelling, namely, making work that strives to deliver an impact and foster meaningful connections with the user through your creations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

What’s a plus?

  • Deep expertise in branding and visual identity design including a know how and ability to create digital design systems.
  • Active participation in the design community in the form of organizations around topics related to the craft, and other networks pertaining to design community involvement.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles for digital products.
  • Awareness of current design trends and technologies.
