Manager, FP&A
Location: This position is remote within the United States.
Huge is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) to join the global Finance team. This a high visibility role reports to the Director of Global FP&A, and will partner closely on projects and initiatives with the CFO.
At Huge, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) relies on the FP&A team to drive visibility and transparency into key business levers, measure and track performance, and highlight areas of operational and financial risk. This is a highly strategic and active role that partners with the ELT to execute on Huge’s long-term strategic goals.
The Manager, FP&A will support the management of global operational finance activities and is responsible for budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis of performance, competitive benchmarking and strategic planning.

What you’ll be doing.
- Own detailed review and analysis of monthly financial results following each close
- Consolidate financial results from all domestic and international business units
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial models to reflect and forecast key business needs and trends (including headcount forecasting and supply / demand dynamics)
- Provide consolidated financial results and analysis to the ELT on a monthly basis
- Perform strategic and scenario analysis to determine present and future financial performance
- Support the strategic planning process with an emphasis on long term plans
- Own revenue attribution / client profitability model that informs strategic decisions around company gross margin
- Be a close and trusted partner to the business in order to fully comprehend, identify, and assess financial implications of opportunities and activities at the company
- Maintain employee rate cards and pricing tools, involving collaboration with resource management, talent and program delivery teams
- Drive the yearly and quarterly budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Build out aspects of the MBR decks, ensuring that they effectively communicate financial performance, trends, and insights to the ELT
- Provide monthly reporting to department heads and discipline leads for spending in their respective areas
- Support the continuous improvement of developing and improving financial tools and processes that support growth
What we’d like to see.
- Bachelor’s in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related major is required.
- Master of Business Administration or a Master’s in Finance is a plus.
- 7-9 years of experience in Corporate Finance FP&A, Business Development or Strategy
- Prior agency experience is a plus but not necessary
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to understand, analyze, and work with large sets of data and synthesize data into valuable insights and tools for business decision-making
- Confident at building new relationships in a largely remote working environment
- Self-starter who is flexible, adaptable and can pivot to new information and changes in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
- Excel at multitasking, organization, and time management
- Effective communication and interaction with all levels of the organization and across all departments and seniority levels
- Excellent software skills – SAP, Hyperion, Adaptive, Mavenlink (Kantata) experience a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially with Excel and VBA (macro)
