Location: This position is remote within Colombia.

Program Delivery oversees day-to-day project activities, including management of the internal team and client communication. They’re also responsible for resourcing and financial reporting across the program. Program delivery has unique autonomy to be strategic and drive decision making. We’re there from start to finish.

We’ll rely on this person to intake, structure, and order different types of content and hands-on input them into a website content management system.

What we’d like to see:
- Understanding of publishing to the web. This is not a Technical / Developer role, but this role will work directly with web-based publishing tools.
- Previous experience with content management systems (CMS) platforms and tools, as well as website creation and maintenance.
- Understanding of structured editorial content that includes categorizing content, metadata, file formats, web best practices, localization across global markets, and making recommendations to consolidate different sources of information.
- Track record of working in depth within a client services organization or department functions, preferably on projects with top-tier consulting firms or design agencies.
- Work collaboratively with different crafts (creative, project delivery, tech) and deliver to deadlines and standards.
- Ability to jump into and manage many different categories of work and deliver.
- Gravitas and command of a room.
What you’ll be doing.
- You will be the key person responsible for hands-on content entry for publishing to a newly created website.
- You will be accountable for the process of content from intake, audit, recommendation, content entry, review to the web, ensuring internal and external team members are set up for excellent success.
- You will be the point of intake for a variety of disparate pieces of content, and formulate a process to ensure it is migrated and to a common standard for website delivery.
- Manage projects spanning from digital products and platforms to content management and commerce.
