About Strategy and Insights.

The global Strategy and Insights craft at Huge is a diverse, multidisciplinary team of strategists across the globe. The team works collaboratively with our Insights, Creative, and Technology crafts to create and develop strategy that brings digital experiences to life.

To supercharge our collaboration with each other and our Insights, Creative, and Technology teams, every member of the Strategy craft at Huge shares a common approach-- we’re creative, non-linear thinkers who connect the dots in new ways. We develop experience strategies that resonate with our clients and inspire action. We’re systems thinkers with a keen ability to see the big picture and understand how the parts connect. Most importantly, we’re obsessed with delivering ambitious outcomes our clients seek in order to transform their digital experiences and achieve success.

What’s the role?

Huge is seeking a highly motivated and high-performing Senior Experience Strategist to join our largest global business portfolio, focused on an exciting, fast-paced, and innovation-first mission. The ideal candidate is an experienced product strategist whose primary framework is design thinking. You’re comfortable operating in an agile environment, working in parallel with cross craft partners such as Design and Tech from day one.

Your role is not just about insight generation; it's about driving product success and iterative delivery across the full lifecycle. You will translate market and user insights into actionable, prioritized product roadmaps, ensuring our clients success in the modern age of digital product experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Product Strategy & Sprint Execution: Own the end-to-end experience strategy for fast-paced design sprints.
    • This includes synthesizing client briefs into clear, inspiring kickoff briefs and partnering day-to-day with Product Designers, providing continuous strategic guidance from concepting through iteration.

  • Facilitation & Inspiration: Develop and co-facilitate high-impact internal workshops to kick off each sprint.
    • Expertly frame the challenge, design compelling ideation prompts, and deliver relevant competitive and comparative inspiration to fuel early concept generation.

  • Strategic Storytelling & Buy-in: Create clear, impactful strategic design decks that establish the strategic narrative and articulate the rationale behind design directions.
    • Ensure design concepts are set up for successful stakeholder buy-in.

  • Real-Time Strategic Input: Provide in-the-moment strategic input during daily design meetings, clarifying user needs, reinforcing core experience principles, and ensuring evolving design directions consistently ladder back to strategic objectives.

  • Research Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to the UX Research team, contributing essential inputs to research plans to ensure questions and priorities are aligned with the overall experience direction.

  • Experience Audits: Conduct comprehensive user-experience competitive audits, identifying key in-category and out-of-category references that spark design inspiration and pinpoint significant opportunity areas.

  • Build valuable relationships with clients, investing your time in getting to know them while gaining deep insight into their business challenges and becoming a trusted thought partner and advisor.

 What we’d like to see

  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Experience Strategy, UX Strategy, Service Design, or Product Strategy, gained within agencies, consultancies, or fast-moving in-house product teams.

  • Design Fluency: Expert-level familiarity with Design Thinking / Human-Centered Design frameworks, including concept development, divergent/convergent thinking, and early opportunity exploration.

  • Agile & Iterative Mastery: Proven ability to thrive in highly iterative, non-waterfall environments where strategy and design move in parallel, and direction evolves rapidly based on testing, feedback, and emerging product needs.

  • Creative Collaboration: Strong creative collaboration skills with demonstrated experience working side-by-side with UX/Product Designers during early-stage concepting and sprint cycles.

  • Strategic Storytelling: Exceptional ability to create clear, compelling, client-facing decks, demonstrating strong strategic writing, narrative structuring, and the skill to articulate design rationale that earns stakeholder alignment.

  • Technical Context: Comfort working with technical, product, and business requirements to understand constraints and effectively guide strategic direction (defining requirements is not the primary focus).

  • Research Integration (Qualitative): Solid experience with qualitative UX research, including intaking and translating findings from usability testing and studies directly into experience direction.

  • Research Integration (Quantitative - Preferred): Ideally, experience incorporating quantitative inputs (e.g., digital analytics or in-product behavioral data) into strategic recommendations.

  • Competitive Analysis: Proven experience executing competitive experience audits, qualitative synthesis, or comparative landscape reviews to inspire design and identify strategic whitespace.

  • Industry Preference: Experience working with consumer technology brands, major digital platforms, or complex digital products is strongly preferred.
    • Google Expertise: High depth of understanding of Google products and fluency in behaviors shaping the future of search experience, AI, and commerce.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
