Senior QA Analyst

Location: This position is remote within Colombia

The role

Agentic QA is central to how we work — and this role is built around it. We’re looking for a Senior Quality Analyst who brings real, hands-on experience with agentic workflows and AI-assisted testing, and who can own strategy on complex, cross-functional digital projects without needing a playbook handed to them. A big part of this engagement is validating SEO, GEO, and Analytics implementations — so experience testing structured data, metadata, tracking events, and analytics pipelines is essential, not a nice-to-have. You’ll sit at the center of engineering, design, and product teams. Strong automation skills, a sharp eye for accessibility and CMS-driven builds, and the communication skills to make it all land with clients.

What you'll do

01  Lead with AI and agentic workflows

• Apply agentic QA workflows using tools like Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, or similar to accelerate test generation, exploratory design, and defect analysis.
• Bring hands-on familiarity with AI tooling ecosystems, including MCP integrations and tool-augmented testing approaches.
• Know where AI adds value and where it needs a critical eye — and say so clearly.
• Share reusable prompts, workflow patterns, and tool tips that make the whole team faster.

02  Validate SEO, GEO, and Analytics

• Test SEO implementations using tools like Screaming Frog, GumShoe.ai, or similar — covering metadata, structured data, canonical tags, and hreflang for geo-targeted experiences.
• Validate analytics tracking — events, data layers, and tag implementations — across environments and devices.
• Collaborate with SEO and analytics teams to translate requirements into testable coverage.
• Catch regressions in tracking and structured data before they reach production.

03  Own testing end to end

• Define strategy, build test plans, and own go/no-go at release time.
• Execute regression, smoke, and exploratory testing without cutting corners.
• Document defects with the precision engineers need and the clarity clients expect.

04  Build automation that lasts

• Design and implement test suites using frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or other JS-based frameworks — selecting the right tool for the coverage goal.
• Integrate into CI/CD pipelines so quality gates fire early, not late.
• Keep automation healthy — flaky tests are technical debt, not background noise.

05  Cover accessibility and CMS

• Validate against WCAG 2.1 AA across devices, browsers, and assistive technologies.
• Test across CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Contentstack, Brightspot, AEM, or similar — understanding how each shapes what’s testable and where edge cases hide.

06  Communicate like it matters

• Translate findings into language that works for engineers and clients alike.
• Surface risks early. Mentor junior QAs. Show up in Agile ceremonies with a point of view.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with agentic QA workflows and AI-assisted testing tools (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, or similar) — this is the core of the role.
• Familiarity with MCP integrations or similar tool-augmented testing approaches, or a clear pattern of picking up emerging tooling fast.
• Experience validating SEO implementations using tools like Screaming Frog or GumShoe.ai: metadata, structured data, hreflang, and geo-targeted content.
• Experience testing analytics tracking — events, data layers, tag managers — and catching regressions before they ship.
• A track record of leading QA on complex digital engagements, not just executing assigned tasks.
• Solid automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, or another JS framework — enough to design a suite from scratch and keep it healthy.
• Direct experience with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Contentstack, Brightspot, or AEM.
• A foundation in WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility testing.
• API testing skills and an understanding of how back-end behavior shapes front-end quality.
• Clear, confident communication in client-facing settings. You can hold a position when the data supports it.
• Comfort moving across industries, platforms, and tech stacks.
• Must have B2/C1 English Level
