Creative Director

United States

Location: This position is remote within the United States.

The role.

We’re looking for a Creative Director of Marketing to help shape how Huge shows up in the world. For more than 25 years, Huge has made things people love. Now, as a human-first, AI-native design and technology company, we make things that matter. You’ll bring our category-defining work to life in the market: bold campaigns, big conceptual moments and assets that make a CMO, CDO or CEO stop mid-scroll and pay attention.

This role sits where brand and demand meet. Brand makes buyers know us and want us before a sales conversation starts. Demand gets them to act. You’ll build the creative that does both, and carry people from curious to convinced. You’ll combine strong conceptual thinking with exceptional craft and the ability to take work from initial idea to production-ready execution. You’ll do this in a fast-paced environment with a global team (Toronto, London, New York), where a flexible, proactive attitude is essential to keeping the work moving and making the most of each opportunity. You’ll be powered by the most advanced AI tools and our own operating system, Huge OS, built to give creative leaders speed, range and room to push the work.

This role reports to the Managing Director of Marketing and works closely with our Chief Creative Officer and our visual and brand design leaders. Marketing communications sits inside the growth organization with business development, alliances and outbound. It’s one connected team building the brand and driving growth together. You’ll have an ops lead, copywriter and content lead working collaboratively with you so you are supported across all key functions.

What you’ll do.

  • Lead the creative expression of Huge’s positioning across all core channels.
  • Bring the big ideas and campaign platforms that give the brand a differentiated point of view to drive brand and performance KPIs.
  • Day-to-day hands-on creative leadership and execution, from first concept through production-ready files with marketing, comms and creative teams.
  • Develop campaign concepts and conceptual moments that bring Huge’s positioning to life in market.
  • Create organic social content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Develop digital advertising for LinkedIn and partner display formats.
  • Design website content, including imagery, diagrams and data visualisation for thought-leadership articles.
  • Develop and apply a cohesive design system for podcast content.
  • Design emails and supporting campaign assets.
  • Create supporting materials for award submissions.
  • Concept and design employee merchandise, delivering production-ready assets.
  • Shape our presence at events through creative concepts, graphics and branded experiences.
  • Partner with alliances, growth and vertical leads to build co-branded and partner-facing creative that still feels like Huge.

What we'd like to see.

  • Eight or more years in art direction, brand design and campaign development at an agency, consultancy or leading brand, including time leading creative work or other creatives.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft and delivery across multiple formats.
  • Fluency using AI tools in creative workflows, with a clear view on where they help and where they flatten the work.
  • Experience taking work from concept through to final production.
  • English fluency.

Huge’s brand has recently been refreshed, and we’re still defining how it comes to life in the world. This is a unique opportunity to become a custodian of the brand, helping shape its expression and ensuring we show up at our best. This means we'd like to see:

  • Conceptual ambition. You lead with ideas and push the creative possibilities. We want someone whose ambition we occasionally need to rein in, whose ideas arrive with conviction.
  • Brand and campaign experience. You understand how to build a recognisable brand while keeping its expression fresh across channels.
  • A consumer-first perspective. You draw inspiration from the best B2C brands and are curious about applying that creativity, relevance and emotional appeal to B2B.
  • Strong visual craft. You bring confident typography, composition, imagery, motion and attention to detail. You love the little details as much as the big ideas.
  • A multifaceted skillset. You’re comfortable working across digital, print and physical formats, adapting your approach to each.
  • Independent drive. You’re a self-starter who can organise their work and move it forward. You don’t sit back and wait for answers.
  • A collaborative mindset. You listen carefully, respond thoughtfully to feedback and confidently put your ideas forward.
  • Practical curiosity. You enjoy figuring out how things work and finding creative solutions to constraints.
    • Competitive Edge:
      • Motion design and animation skills, especially for social content, digital advertising and brand storytelling.
      • Experience in B2B, professional services or technology marketing.
      • Experience designing events, environments or other physical brand experiences.
      • Previous roles in agency or consultancy brand and marketing teams supporting similar work.
