Website Marketing Manager
Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits.
More than half of all working Americans are not saving enough for their future. Too often, it’s because they are employed by a company that doesn’t offer a retirement plan. Human Interest is changing that by making it affordable and accessible for small and medium-sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings.
We’re a high-growth fintech company changing the retirement industry. We are backed by a number of investors. This includes funding from Marshall Wace and Baillie Gifford, as well as top investors such as BlackRock, TPG (The Rise Fund), SoftBank, Glynn Capital, NewView Capital, USVP, Wing, Uncork, and more.
About the role
As the Website Marketing Manager at Human Interest, you will own the delivery and performance of our digital storefront. This is a crucial individual contributor role where you will directly manage, optimize, and execute growth marketing efforts centered on SEO and CRO. You will be on the front lines, implementing technical changes, creating and publishing content updates, and leading our A/B testing program.
This is a cross-functional role working closely with content, product marketing, engineering, PR, and partner marketing teams to ensure our website and digital channels are optimized for growth. You’ll thrive if you are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves in tools like Contentful, Builder.io, HubSpot, and Amplitude as you are presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Given our rapid pace, you’ll need to be comfortable prioritizing, pivoting quickly, and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead, Growth Marketing.

Manage website content & operations
- Act as a marketing lead for a potential website migration project and support the technical and content rollout of a major company brand refresh.
- Oversee website content updates, including product launches, feature updates, legal pages, PR announcements, and blog content, leveraging platforms like Contentful and Builder.io.
- Manage the publishing workflow for SEO-driven content: ideation, briefing, compliance review, and publishing.
- Partner with marketing operations and PR to support pressroom updates, banners, and HubSpot asset management.
- Maintain marketplace landing pages, ensuring timely updates and consistency across offerings.
- Evaluate and introduce AI-driven content production tools (e.g., AirOps) to accelerate workflows.
Drive data-informed decisions
- Set up and execute A/B and multivariate tests, documenting results and best practices for future optimization.
- Own dashboards and reporting (Amplitude, Looker Studio, Google Analytics), providing actionable insights on SEO, CRO, and overall digital performance.
- Deliver clear readouts and recommendations to internal stakeholders through reporting cadences (weekly, monthly, and campaign-based).
