What You'll Do

Financial Transactions:

• Execute bookkeeping and recording of financial transactions through effective use of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks and Tally).
• Reconcile bank statements and swiftly resolve any discrepancies and assist the senior accounting team in preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements and cash outflow reports for management review and evaluation.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, performing regular reconciliations, and ensuring absolute accuracy.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the senior accounting team to prepare journal entries and adjust entries for month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in compliance with local accounting regulations and standards in all jurisdictions (e.g. filing of GST returns, filing of TDS return, etc.)
• Assist in providing necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.

Who You Are

• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
• Team Collaboration:Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships
• Adaptability:Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's/Mater’s degree in Finance, B.com, or a related field
