We’re on the lookout for an Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll join a dynamic team that believes in pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo, and embracing diversity of thought. As we scale past 2M+ downloads, we’re building fast, building smart, and building with purpose—and we’re looking for someone who can lead that charge both technically and culturally.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Engineering Teams: Manage and mentor three cross-functional teams— Backend (Node.js/Python), Frontend (Flutter/Native), and QA(Automation). Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and support growth of team members.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Guide the architectural direction of our systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. Enforce best practices in clean code, testing, CI/CD, and system design.
• Scale Infrastructure: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure backend systems can handle increasing traffic, with seamless integration of frontend and QA processes.
  Foster a Culture of Accountability: Create a high-performance environment centered around Ownership, High Standards, and Innovation. Promote end-to-end accountability within your teams.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with product and design to align on roadmaps, priorities, and delivery schedules. Ensure cohesive experience across platforms.
• Own Delivery Timelines: Handle project planning, task prioritization, and execution across fast-moving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Ensure Quality Releases: Oversee QA strategy, release management, and post-deployment processes to ensure rapid, bug-free feature releases.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 6–10 years in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a management or technical leadership role, preferably in a consumer tech or mobile-first product environment.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Node.js/Python for backend services and Flutter or Native for mobile development. Experience with API architecture, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS or GCP).
• Delivery Focus: Proven ability to ship high-quality software under tight timelines. Skilled at balancing quick releases with long-term tech planning.
• System Thinking: Strong understanding of software architecture, system scalability, and performance optimization.
• Code Fluency: Comfort in reading, reviewing, and writing production-grade code across the stack.
• DevOps Familiarity: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and observability practices like logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations across product, design, and leadership teams.
• Culture Builder: Passionate about building teams that thrive on autonomy, technical curiosity, and ownership.
