Senior Salesforce Developer

United States of America

Reports to: Senior Manager, GTM Systems

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $160,000 to $190,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.

Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 11M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Revenue Operations team and help us build, scale, and integrate the systems that power Huntress’s commercial engine. Our Salesforce platform underpins quoting, renewals, partner engagement, and integrations across our internal subscription and billing platform and a growing ecosystem of business applications.

In this role, you will partner closely with our Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to design and deliver high-impact features with a heavy emphasis on CPQ, integration development, and an upcoming migration of point-to-point integrations to a centralized iPaaS platform (Workato or Celigo). You will also contribute to an AI-augmented development culture, actively using LLM tools to accelerate your own workflows and building AI-integrated features within Salesforce. This is hands-on, high-velocity work on systems that
matter.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on CPQ workflows like quoting, custom pricing logic, renewals, and subscription lifecycle management.

  • Execute the hands-on migration of existing Salesforce integrations to a centralized iPaaS platform like Workato or Celigo, building reusable components and error-handling patterns.

  • Build and maintain a reliable integration layer connecting Salesforce to our internal subscription platform, CRM applications, and third-party systems.

  • Partner with the Technical Architect to evaluate platform trade-offs, maintain environment stability, and help define integration best practices.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to support strategic initiatives like multi-product quoting and partner channel workflows.

  • Use AI and LLM tools as part of your daily engineering workflow for troubleshooting, code generation, and rapid problem-solving.

  • Participate in code reviews, raise technical standards, and deliver consistently within sprint cycles with clear communication on scope and blockers.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong and demonstrable focus on Salesforce CPQ.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ custom pricing logic, including Quote Calculator Plugin development in JavaScript.

  • Practical experience building and deploying components on one or more enterprise iPaaS platforms like Workato, Celigo, MuleSoft, or Boomi.

  • Mastery of Apex, JavaScript, CSS, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce APIs and modern event-driven integration patterns.

  • Advanced fluency with AI or LLM tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot as active accelerators in your daily engineering workflow.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical business partners and deliver features end-to-end in an Agile environment.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

U.S. Standard Demographic Questions

You’re used to companies asking you for your demographic information - but what do they actually do with it? We’re transparent here at Huntress, and as a leader in cybersecurity, we’d be working against ourselves not to tell you exactly what we’ll do with the information you give us.

We’re building an inclusive, accessible culture where everyone can come to work feeling safe and valued. The answers to these demographic questions help us do that. The data is collected in aggregate (meaning your responses will not be tied to you), and we use it to learn, improve and ensure we’re doing our part to build a company culture we can all be proud of.

We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit small businesses.
