ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Implementation Manager for AI Infrastructure, you will command the deployment and integration of our cutting-edge AI solutions with ruthless efficiency. Reporting directly to the Head of AI Data Centers, you will lead high-stakes projects, rally cross-functional teams, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure flawless execution. Your mission: to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and exceeding the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans for the implementation of AI infrastructure solutions, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
  • Manage project execution from initiation through to completion, ensuring all project deliverables are met and within budget.

Customer Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure the implementation aligns with their business objectives.

Team Coordination and Leadership:

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, technical support, and consultants, to execute implementation projects effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring that tasks are completed according to project requirements and deadlines.

Technical Oversight:

  • Oversee the technical aspects of the implementation, including system configuration, integration, and testing of AI infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure that all technical components are deployed and integrated according to design specifications and best practices.

Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that solutions meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to implementation and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including implementation plans, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and outcomes.

Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for customers to ensure they are equipped to use and manage the AI infrastructure solutions effectively.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise after deployment.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather feedback from customers and project teams to identify areas for improvement in the implementation process.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of future implementations.

ABOUT YOU​​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on implementing technology solutions, preferably in AI infrastructure or related fields.
  • Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data infrastructure, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to navigate and resolve challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on driving project success and continuous improvement.
