ABOUT THE ROLE

The Implementation Associate supports the implementation and deployment of products, services, or systems by assisting with project coordination, client interaction, and operational tasks. This role involves working closely with project teams and clients to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and resolution of issues during the implementation phase.​

Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following:​

Project Support:​

  • Assist in the development and execution of project plans, including task assignments, timelines, and milestones.​
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the implementation process are on track.​
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as status reports, meeting notes, and action items.

Client Interaction:​

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed.​
  • Facilitate communication between clients and project teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.​
  • Assist with client onboarding and setup activities, including training and system configuration.​

Operational Tasks:​

  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of products or services per project specifications. ​
  • Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure compliance with standards, and troubleshoot issues during implementation, escalating complex problems as necessary.​

Coordination and Communication:​

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and project reviews. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, and track progress, reporting deviations or issues to the Implementation Manager.​

Documentation and Reporting:​

  • Maintain detailed records of project activities, including implementation steps, client interactions, and issue resolutions.​
  • Assist in the preparation of final project reports, including post-implementation reviews and feedback collection.​

Continuous Improvement:​

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of implementation processes and best practices.​
  • Gather feedback from clients and team members to identify areas for improvement and enhance future implementations.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework is a plus.​
  • 1-3 years of experience in project support, implementation, or a related role. Experience with client-facing tasks and technical systems is advantageous.​
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.​
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.​
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.​
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) is a plus.​
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
