ABOUT THE ROLE

The infrastructure is ambitious. The people behind it should be too.

We need a Scheduler who thinks from first principles, questions convention, and wants the weight of owning the outcome. Someone who can build a schedule that's never been done before, defend it in the room, and hold the whole team to it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

---

+   Build it: Own the master schedule end-to-end in Primavera P6 — WBS, logic, calendars, constraints, and critical path — from pursuit through closeout.

+   Defend it: Serve as the final word on schedule logic and float, running DCMA 14-point health checks and defending the plan to owners, GCs, and leadership.

+   Read it: Translate architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings, plus long-lead equipment and utility and permitting dependencies, into a schedule that reflects how the project will actually get built.

+   Recover it: Spot slippage before it becomes a problem, run what-if scenarios, and build the recovery plan before anyone asks for one.

WHAT YOU BRING

---

+   8+ years of construction scheduling experience, with deep, hands-on mastery of Oracle Primavera P6.

+   Experience scheduling large industrial, mission-critical, or hyperscale data center projects.

+   Fluency with CPM scheduling theory and DCMA 14-point (or similar) schedule quality standards.

+   Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and specifications.

+   Experience integrating long-lead equipment procurement, utility, and permitting dependencies into a master schedule.

BONUS POINTS

---

+   PSP (AACE), PMI-SP, PMP, or similar scheduling credential.

+   Forensic delay analysis, time-impact analysis, and claims support experience.

+   Experience with schedule risk analysis — Monte Carlo simulation, Primavera Risk Analysis (Pertmaster), Safran Risk, or Acumen Fuse.

+   Familiarity with Last Planner or pull planning, and BIM 4D tools such as Navisworks or Synchro.
