Job overview
Responsible for helping to implement strategic advertising direction and business objectives for the organization to meet market demands. Coordinates with Marketing Director to help plan, organize, and lead the advertising operations for the entire organization including the development and implementation of a marketing plan, annual objectives, and processes. Assist with advertising strategy and coordinate with media groups on advertisements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of a strategic advertising plan which integrates the business values, mission, resources and goals
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing/advertising activities in order to achieve strategic objectives
- Collaborates with Marketing Director to define advertising strategies
- Work with all medias to collect necessary paperwork to reconcile co-op claims
- Coordinates advertising and promotions items to distribute by location
- Willing to travel to locations to pick up or deliver marketing materials
- Participate in learning opportunities about marketing
- Data entry and managing customer list for target marketing
- Utilize software solutions such as Canva, and Adobe Express.
- Coordinate trade shows and brand activation events.
- Assist in updating relative materials, such as marketing and content calendars.
- Conduct self in the presence of customers and the community to present a professional image of Hutson Inc.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- Ensure that the company’s reputation and image in the community is consistent with Hutson Inc. Core Values.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proficient in creative writing.
- Confident with computers and publishing software programs.
- Entry-Level graphic design skills
- Ability to speak effectively one-on-one and within a group.
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
- Familiar with market research practices and resources.
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal and external marketing reports.

- General Physical Requirements:
