Why This Role?
As an Account Manager within our Reputation & Communications team, you will cover enterprise tech, fintech, healthtech, and more. You will focus on delivering varied and creative campaigns for a range of B2B tech clients, from marketing software to mobile app-focused businesses, ranging from edgy startups to established market leaders.
Accountabilities:
- Strategic Viewpoint: Think ahead to move your client forward seamlessly in the upcoming months.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of Hotwire’s offerings to create innovative campaign ideas that hit business objectives and foster organic growth.
- Commercial Acumen: Develop and apply a commercially minded approach to your work.
- Proactivity: Actively seek new business and agency opportunities to enhance your profile and expertise within Hotwire.
- Curiosity: Stay in a state of ‘discovery’ with clients, asking strategic questions to uncover business pain points and opportunities for growth.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of 6-8 clients, managing budgets and team hours with senior oversight.
- Campaign Execution: Lead client and campaign execution with minimal senior support, ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations.
- Influencer Relationships: Maintain and build strong influencer relationships to support clients and enhance campaigns.
- Integrated Campaigns: Think with an integrated mindset, managing campaigns across media relations, social media, events, and owned content.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and drive junior team members to reach their full potential, acting as the right-hand person to your Account Director or Senior Account Director.
- Team Player: Be hands-on and a real team player, ready to support wherever needed.
You'll Bring:
- Experience in a dynamic communications environment, ideally within the innovation, tech, or B2B space.
- A genuine interest in and thorough knowledge of technology and digital commerce.
