About the Position
We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Director of Integrated Marketing to lead the planning and execution of end-to-end brand and product marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and wholesale channels. This leader will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to establish and drive our go-to-market roadmap—translating brand and product strategy into compelling, cohesive campaigns that deepen engagement, elevate perception, and drive both sell-in and sell-through.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional inputs across product, creative, digital, wholesale, and retail to deliver unforgettable, high-performing brand moments. If you’ve built marketing engines at high-growth lifestyle brands—and can flex between boots-on-the-ground scrappiness and long-range planning—we want to hear from you.
This role will directly manage a team of two. While the position can be remote, regular travel—approximately once a month—is expected to key markets including Kansas City, Dallas, and others.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Integrated Marketing Strategy: Own seasonal and product-level go-to-market strategies that span awareness through conversion. Partner across digital, wholesale, retail, and creative to deliver 360° campaigns.

Product Positioning & Messaging: Translate product features into compelling benefits and campaign concepts that resonate with our target audience across all channels.

Own the Marketing Calendar: Build and manage the company-wide brand and product marketing calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment and flawless execution.

Campaign Development & Execution: Develop robust, insight-led campaigns across email, social, retail, PR, paid media, and influencer. Align creative, product, and channel partners on a unified vision.

Digital Marketing Ownership: Define and own Hyer's digital marketing strategy, ensuring execution is aligned with brand priorities and performance goals. Partner closely with our digital agency to deliver results across paid media, email, and lifecycle marketing.

Influencer & UGC Marketing: Build a scalable system to recruit, activate, and manage creators to tell the Hyer story and support retail doors.

Wholesale & Retail Marketing: Build marketing toolkits and activation strategies that drive retail sell-through—from geo-targeted campaigns to co-branded assets and in-store storytelling.

Performance Integration: Partner with the growth and ecommerce teams to ensure brand campaigns are optimized for acquisition, engagement, and conversion across performance channels.

Customer-Centric Storytelling: Champion a consistent and compelling brand voice across every touchpoint—from launch campaigns to lifecycle communications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between marketing, product, sales, creative, and ecommerce. Facilitate seamless alignment on goals, briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
What You Bring
- 8–12 years of experience in brand or integrated marketing roles, ideally at a high-growth DTC or omnichannel lifestyle brand
- Proven track record of leading successful 360° product and brand campaigns that drive measurable business results
- Deep experience partnering with creative teams to develop breakthrough storytelling and content across formats and platforms
- Comfort building strategies across physical and digital channels—including email, social, influencer, PR, retail, and paid media
- Strategic thinking backed by strong project management skills—you balance big ideas with tight execution
- Exceptional collaborator and communicator—you build alignment across teams and inspire action
- Strong instincts for brand voice and audience engagement; you can spot a breakthrough idea and know how to scale it
- Experience with wholesale marketing and supporting sell-through at retail is a major plus
Bonus
- Work or life experience in western industry/lifestyle
- Worked at a heritage or lifestyle brand with both DTC and wholesale presence.
- Experience building digital strategies that support independent retailers or large retail accounts.
- Managed internal and external content teams or production partners.
- Based in Kansas City, Dallas or Austin
