Blockchain Backend Engineer (Mandarin Speaking)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Backend Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and performance of the blockchain product modules through rigorous testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test plans, designing test cases, executing tests, and assessing risks related to functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of blockchain product modules.
- Independently create or select testing tools to enhance individual and team productivity.
- Analyze and improve project team workflows, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficient in Golang or Rust, with knowledge of consensus algorithms such as HotStuff and PBFT.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, including IM communication and cross-chain bridges.
- Knowledge of asymmetric and symmetric cryptographic techniques.
- Experience with Libp2p, IPFS, and Cosmos, as well as familiarity with Wasm technology.
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain development frameworks such as Cosmos and Substrate.
- Experience with cross-chain bridge systems and involvement in real-world projects.
- Background in DeFi smart contract development, with an understanding of contract vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
- Aptitude for quickly mastering new technologies and applying them effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, with a commitment to driving projects to successful completion.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the decentralized application domain.
