CTO - Encryption & Machine Learning

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead research and development efforts in both homomorphic encryption and machine learning. The CTO will collaborate closely with the founder to drive R&D initiatives, develop advanced solutions, and lead the company towards technological excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and development team in exploring and implementing homomorphic encryption technologies for data security, user profiling, and machine learning applications.
• Work with the founder to craft the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company.
• Drive innovation by keeping abreast of the latest advancements in homomorphic encryption, machine learning, and related fields.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of scalable, secure solutions combining homomorphic encryption and machine learning.
• Mentor team members, fostering continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Ensure that R&D projects align with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technological solutions into the company's products and services.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with expertise in cryptography, homomorphic encryption, machine learning, or data security.
• Proven track record of leading research and development teams, ideally in a startup environment, working on Social Apps or Dating Apps.
• Proficiency in fully homomorphic encryption, cryptographic protocols, and secure multiparty computation.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, C++, Java, Go or Rust.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a history of innovation in building secure systems and machine learning applications.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
