Product Lead (DEX)

We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of a Product Lead of DEX. 

In this role, you will:

• Oversee and manage the entire product life cycle, developing and tracking key data analysis metrics.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to guide product decisions and optimizations of product performance.
• Manage the process of research and design for the DEX aggregator, ensuring clear and comprehensive PRDs, associated documentation and prototypes.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the development process.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable insights.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 3+ years of professional product management experience.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making; strong project management abilities and mentality of ownership.
• Familiarity with strategies for user growth, and a comprehensive understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems.
• Solid experience with web3, DeFi, swap, and bridge technologies, with a preference for candidates who have actively engaged with the DeFi ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global colleagues and users in English and Chinese.
