Executive Assistant

Our Client is a real-time blockchain. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing both online and offline events that enhance the brand presence and engage with the community within the industry
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings and appointments while considering time differences.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication across different time zones.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings. Ensure all materials are distributed in advance.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, including research and data analysis.
- Manage and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiar with tech / web3 industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a multi-timezone environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
