We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. They are a groundbreaking on-chain mining platform, reshaping the mining industry by tearing down traditional barriers and making cryptocurrency mining accessible to everyone.
They are looking for a Marketing Lead. You will be in a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the project e.g. driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and community engagement to achieve the project's growth objectives.
Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for different projects, aligning it with the goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Drive user acquisition and growth by implementing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and community management.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to amplify the project's reach and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and suggest optimizations and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the crypto space, and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a marketing leader in the crypto industry.
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the latest trends.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of driving user acquisition and growth.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions and optimizations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that differentiate the project in a competitive market.
