Junior Software Engineer

We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. We are seeking a skilled Web3 Full Stack Developer with a passion for participating in newly incubated projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong focus on Node.js and Rust. Additionally, familiarity with AI frameworks such as AI16z, Eliza, and Virtuals is highly desirable. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components and work closely with product led and project managers in a fast pace environmental at one of the world's leading firms at the forefront of Web3.

In this role, you will: 

• ⁠  ⁠Design and develop scalable Web3 applications
• ⁠  ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• ⁠  ⁠Implement smart contracts and interact with various blockchain networks.
• ⁠  ⁠Integrate AI capabilities into applications using popular frameworks.
• ⁠  ⁠Expertise in performance tuning and optimizing both system architecture and low-level services.
• ⁠  ⁠Proven ability to drive complex projects to completion.
• ⁠  ⁠Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience.
• ⁠  ⁠Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies: The web3 industry is constantly evolving, and it is essential to stay current with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• ⁠  ⁠1+ years of experience in full stack development with a focus on Web3 technologies.
• ⁠  ⁠Proficiency in Node.js and Rust.
• ⁠  ⁠Experience with AI frameworks, including AI16z, Eliza, and Virtuals.
• ⁠  ⁠Strong understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts.
• ⁠  ⁠Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• ⁠  ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• ⁠  ⁠Problem-Solving Attitude: Creative thinker with a knack for solving intricate technical challenges.
• ⁠  ⁠Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• ⁠  ⁠Autonomous: The ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and take initiative without needing constant supervision, ensuring high productivity and effective problem-solving.
