Chief Technology Officer (Web3)

We are hiring for one of our ecosystems projects, they are one of the leading SocialFi companies with a strong presence globally.

In this role, you will:

• Define and implement the technical strategy to align with business goals.
• Lead the design and implementation of blockchain technologies, including smart contracts and decentralized applications.
• Guide the product development process, ensuring innovation and timely delivery.
• Responsible for  the security and scalability of technology infrastructure while managing risks effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and build a diverse engineering team for high performance and productivity.
• Partner with key stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and keep the team informed about the latest trends in Web3 technology.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in technical management, overseeing multiple teams, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience at a major Web3 company (e.g., Ethereum, Binance, Solana).
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English. 
• Deep knowledge of blockchain architecture and expertise in DeFi protocols.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or equivalents.
• Ability to work remotely with flexibility to align with UK time zones.
