Quantitative Developer
Singapore
We are hiring for one of our ecosystems projects, they are one of the leading SocialFi companies with a strong presence globally.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the construction of the company's quantitative trading system and strategy platform, modular development, and providing enterprise-level platform services.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of systems related to the company's quantitative asset management, including system design, modeling, and abstraction of complex business requirements;
- Take responsibility for coding critical functions or components.
- Develop and deploy on cloud platforms like AWS, with hands-on experience in container migration and deployment; design and manage private Kubernetes clusters, oversee container-based environments and resources, and handle business deployments.
- Collaborate on the iteration and improvement of the company's core trading systems, ensuring consistent and stable system architecture design.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant experience in computer software or related fields; backgrounds in finance, software engineering, or data analysis are preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Go, with expertise in Python backend development and familiarity with technologies like microservices and message middleware; experience in high-frequency trading or market-making system development is a plus.
- Knowledge of open-source quantitative frameworks like VNPY, with a deep understanding preferred; strong data analysis skills, strategy development capabilities, and experience in building and using complete quantitative trading systems is highly valued.
- Familiar with distributed systems, multithreading, high-performance design and coding, and performance optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English.
- Solid coding abilities, strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, and familiarity with Linux environments for operations and development tasks.
- Strong communication, logical thinking, and learning abilities, with a positive team-oriented attitude and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Knowledge of the financial industry or experience in strategy development is a plus; experience in risk control systems or high-frequency quantitative trading systems is preferred.
- Open to candidates based in Singapore, Taiwan, or Hong Kong.
