Developer Relations Engineer

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a pioneering tech company developing a groundbreaking cross-platform robot operating system infused with AI, whose mission is to create robots that learn rapidly, are easy to train, and excel at interacting dynamically with both their environment and humans. Building vision-language-action models (VLAMs) and integrating them with other AI technologies to enable robots to understand and interact with the physical world.

 

We are looking for an experienced Developer Relations Engineer to help them grow and engage with the developer community, fostering innovation and adoption of our platform.

 

Job Description:

  • Actively engage with the developer community through various channels (forums, social media, developer conferences, hackathons) to build relationships, gather feedback, and promote the blockchain AI technologies.
  • Develop educational content including tutorials, blog posts, webinars, and documentation to help developers understand and use our products effectively.
  • Provide technical support by answering queries, troubleshooting, and offering guidance on API usage, SDKs, and integration of our services into various applications.
  • Represent the project at events, conferences, and meetups to speak about their technology stack, share case studies, and highlight the benefits of the solutions.
  • Gather insights from the community to inform product development, identifying common pain points and suggesting improvements or new features.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to create tools, libraries, or SDKs that make it easier for developers to build on their platform.
  • Ensure that technical documentation is clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date to facilitate developer success.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in developer relations, community management, or a similar role, preferably within the blockchain or AI industry.
  • Experience in organizing or participating in community events like hackathons or meetups.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and AI/machine learning concepts. 
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in these fields (e.g., Python, Solidity, JavaScript).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • A genuine interest in technology, specifically in the intersection of blockchain and AI, with a desire to help others succeed in this space.
