Risk Manager, Analyst (Dealer)

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange.

Job Responsibilities:   

• Monitor and execute daily operational tasks of the company’s department.
• Analyze market data in real-time, predict risk points, and respond quickly.
• Develop risk control policies and processes, and oversee their implementation in trading activities.
• Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, MySQL) for data collection, analysis, and report generation.   
• Handle various risk control backend settings and operations.   
• Collaborate with the trading team and relevant departments to provide real-time risk control advice and implement response measures.   
• Regularly write reports to present key risk indicators and improvement suggestions to management. 

Job Requirements:   

• Practical experience in trading markets such as Stocks, Forex, CFDs, or Crypto, with familiarity in related trading and risk control operations.   
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, MySQL, etc., for risk analysis and decision-making support.   
• Prior work experience in a Crypto Exchange is preferred.   
• Experience with MT4/MT5 Admin system operations is an advantage.   
• Ability to adapt to a 7x24 shift work schedule, with high stress resilience and flexibility.
