Product Manager

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. They are a groundbreaking on-chain mining platform, reshaping the mining industry by tearing down traditional barriers and making cryptocurrency mining accessible to everyone.

 

We’re seeking a Product Manager with a strong grasp of Web3 principles to shape the development of products for the innovative mining platform. You’ll enhance their ecosystem - where users stake tokens to access mining rewards—while ensuring transparency and scalability. No mining-specific experience is required; we’re looking for Web3 nativity, solid product management skills, and a passion for democratizing decentralized technologies. Job Description

• Shape the product roadmap with features like staking/unstaking flows, token swaps, DeFi app integrations, and real-time dashboards for mining and user activity.
• Design mechanisms that balance user flexibility, platform stability, and sustainable yields, optimizing the hybrid PoW + PoS model.
• Build intuitive tools—including a DeFi app and dashboards—to display transparent metrics (e.g., hash rate, rewards, staked assets) and enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and community teams to deliver scalable, user- friendly products aligned with decentralized governance priorities.
• Analyze user behavior and market trends to refine economic incentives, ensuring liquidity and participation across the ecosystem.
• Support infrastructure scaling by integrating mining profit reinvestment into product strategies.
• Partner with marketing to promote features and educate users on platform benefits.

 

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience on Web3/DeFi platforms.
• Strong understanding of Web3 principles (e.g., blockchain, tokenomics, staking, swaps, decentralized governance)—no mining hardware or operations experience required.
• Experience with mechanism design or building products involving economic incentives, such as staking, liquidity pools, or reward systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles, from concept to launch, with a focus on usability and scalability.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with engineers, designers, and a decentralized community on technical and user-facing features.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to model user incentives and interpret data for product decisions.
• Passion for decentralized systems and creating equitable, transparent user experiences.

 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience designing staking/unstaking mechanisms, token swaps, or DeFi app features
• Familiarity with dashboard design or delivering real-time data to users in a Web3 context.
• Background in community-driven platforms or decentralized organizations (e.g., DAOs).
• Basic knowledge of Bitcoin, PoW, or PoS mechanics (not required, but a plus)
