Marketing Lead (Education Sector)

About the Role:

We are hiring for an education company in Hong Kong that is looking for a Marketing Lead with expertise in the education sector to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation for education-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to attract students, parents, and institutional clients.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Create compelling content on multi social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage external agencies (if needed) for design, PR, or media buying.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in education, edtech, or SME environments.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization for education services.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
