Digital Marketing Manager

We are currently hiring for a famous F&B company with years of experience and would like to drive digital transformation. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online sales, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on sales and customer acquisition.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across performance marketing, social media and content marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Use analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
• Design and implement content strategies for social media platform.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, recently in F&B industry, with a background of agency experience.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Strong experience in handling performance marketing including Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passionate about F&B industry, with a keen understanding of industry trends.
